Frequently asked questions

To sign in to the app, you'll need an email address linked to a Churchill policy or quote. Enter this email address and follow the steps in the app - we can securely sign you in without a password.

If your account needs activating, the app will notify you and you can do it there and then. After your first sign-in, you can set up a face or fingerprint ID, making it easy to securely access the app in the future.

The app is currently only available for our Motor, Home, Pet and Travel customers.
