The Tourist attractions section helps you to plan your stay with plenty to do for all the family.

First, you select the type of attractions you are interested in. Then enter the address, area or postcode of your destination for a list of places that match your request. The locations will be shown on a map. A larger scale map is available for each one along with a description of the venue.

You can choose from attractions that are interesting, worth a journey and/or worth a detour. Attractions are available in the following categories:

• Civil and historic architecture
• Religious buildings
• Museums
• Historic streets and districts
• Urban areas/natural areas
• Attractions and leisure activities
• Castles/stately homes
